Terms of Service

We sell retro, vintage, collectable and antique pieces up to and sometimes over one hundred years old. Items are always inspected in great detail and any major faults such as cracks & chips will be listed in the description. Please bear in mind that you may expect some minor age related signs of wear such as very small fine surface scratches/marks. These are not viewed by collectors as damage.

We try to describe items as accurately as possible and bring to your attention anything we feel necessary. Please note all dimensions are approximate.


Retro Mojo is a small business offering unique pieces sold through a number of online marketplaces. We endeavour to record an item as SOLD as soon as it becomes so. However, if an item is unfortunately no longer available we will notify you and provide a full refund.


ELECTRICAL ITEMS

All vintage electrical items are sold as un-tested. Wiring is visually inspected as are plugs and fuses before sending an item out but responsibility for insuring the elctrical compatability falls with the purchaser.


DELIVERY

Orders are sent tracked and insured by either Hermes, Collect Plus or similar. If you have any particular requirements please contact us to quote.

All items are carefully packaged in recycled materials saving on postage costs and lowering the impact on the environment.

Collection in person - We are based on the Surrey-Hampshire-Berkshire border and are happy for items to be collected in person for our stock location in Camberley, Surrey GU15 2QN.


RETURNS

UK - If you return an item within 14 days, in original condition, you will receive a full refund including your original shipping cost. Return postage costs are your responsibility. Please ensure the item is adequately packed and insured for loss/damage where appropriate. If the item is faulty or has been mis-described we will refund your return carriage costs as well.

Overseas - Please send the item back to us within 14 days for a refund on the item, you are allowed another 14 days on top of this for transit times so don't panic! Shipping costs either way are not refunded.


Please pack the item as well as you can, using the original packaging where possible. Use an appropriate level of service to ensure the item is covered for any damage or loss during the return transit. Lastly you will need to obtain a proof of postage/shipping for the item/s returned.

Refunds will be made via PayPal as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the item back.

If you buy any goods from this website, the purchase is governed by UK law, as are these terms. These terms and conditions do not affect the consumers' statutory rights. Retro Mojo warrants that all goods promoted for sale are of satisfactory quality and meet any description stated for them on this website. All prices quoted are in UK Pounds sterling.
